  This is a horrible place. Called and scheduled an app and had to call back next day because they didn't get back to me. Finally set up app and should have known that they wouldn't show. I guess I should have listened to other reviews before I called them. Would never call this place again . Guess only thing good is they saved me a lot of money, they were going to charge $90 just to show up. Anyway go somewhere else. Good place in Bettendorf, call them.

  I called them about a month ago now to make an appointment for my new house's fireplace to be serviced. After about 7 rings, someone answered. She was friendly and very knowledgeable, and prices seemed reasonable, so I booked the appointment. Since then, I have tried to call and reschedule, however the phone just rings and rings and rings. They may have a nice website, but they don't have voicemail! Or email! There is no way of getting ahold of them beside the one phone number provided. Today is the day they're supposed to be here. I did not receive a confirmation/reminder phone call. They open at 9, and I've tried calling twice already to see if they're still coming because our appointment is scheduled for between 9am and 10am. No answer. No voicemail. No communication besides the first phone call I made a month ago. I hope to be able to change my review based off their actual service of the fireplace, but so far, not so good.
